Tessa Johnson's Pine Bark Series

I did this series in the forest. It is a "plein air creations", the sun, rain and wind offered input, as well as a curious woodpecker and chipmonk Sometimes things get a bit out of control, when a gust of wind picks up the paper and wraps it aboud a branch. The wind is often not terribly noticable until you have a large piece of paper outside. Spirit saves some piece others become campfire starter. I have borrowed several river rocks for paperweigh from theground to aid in the process. The piec are finished in my studio.
